How do we make a reservation?
For hotel booking you should either use our hotel finder or click on one of the links on our pages. After clicking the search button or the links you will receive the result page of your selected criteria. (4-star hotels in Budapest). In the result pages you see some short information and rates of the hotels. To see the detailed information of the hotels you should click on "choose" button of the selected hotel. If the hotel is suitable for you the reservation can be started by clicking the "book it" button.
Steps of hotel booking:
- Choosing arrival, departure date, room type and number of rooms
- Choosing the number of adults and children
- Filling the personal data sheet
- Filling credit card info (if needed)
- Finish reservation
After finishing the reservation you will receive a notification on your screen, that your reservation is being processed.
Your reservation is handled by our colleagues and will confirm you in the shortest time after communicating with the hotels. If the selected hotel cannot confirm your reservation you will still receive an answer from us offering other accommodation for you.
Is your reservation service free of charge?
Yes, hotel reservation through our system is free of charge. You should only pay the price of the selected services at the hotel.
Is it safe to provide my credit card info? Why is it necessary?
During the booking process there are cases when you should give your credit card data. Our company use the most modern decoding techniques (SSL) so your data are secured and nobody can access it. The hotels ask credit card info as guaranty. Reservations without guaranty are held only until 18:00 local time.
Will my credit card be charged in advance?
The hotels ask credit card info as guaranty, so your credit card will be not charged in advance.
In case of late arrival how long is my room secured?
If you have secured your room by providing your credit card details, the hotels will held your room the whole night. If your reservation was made without giving your credit card info your room is held until 18:00 local time. In the latter case you should inform the hotel directly about your late arrival to avoid problems.
What do rates include in your reservation system?
Rates are per room per night unless marked otherwise. Extra bed and breakfast prices are per person per night.
Are the listed rates guaranteed?
Yes, we work with fixed EUR rates in our system. If the rates for your selected days are different the average rate will be listed.
How can I cancel my reservation?
At the end of your confirmation you can find a link "cancelling a reservation". By clicking this link you are able to make your cancellation online. Cancellations can be done free of charge 48 hours before arrival time. In case of no-show and late cancellation the accommodation is entitled to charge you the price of first night.
